    With the ATV Tire Express shipping department, you can expect:

    Fast shipping - orders are usually shipped out same day*.

    If shipping goes over 150 pounds, you will get the following shipping error:
    The maximum per package weight for the selected shipping method is 150 pounds. Shipping charges will be added to your order. For terms, see the Info page. In this case, the correct shipping charge will be manually added to the order and your amount due will be recalculated.


    *Orders placed after 3pm CST, on weekends or major holidays will usually ship the following business day.

    Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on exact address shipped to.

    We are using UPS Real-Time Rates - your order is calculated by "pounds". We are shipping all tires out in 24"x24"x18" boxes. If we are unable to ship your order in boxes, there may be additional shipping charges added to your order.

    UPS Ground Service:
    Will vary from 1 to 5 days depending on address

    The day the order is placed is not considered a shipping day. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, except for Next Day Saturday Delivery. For this service or any other questions please call our sales line at 1 (800) 942-7672 or email us on our CONTACT US page.

    Packages are only picked up on business days‡.
    † Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST will NOT be shipped out until the following day.
    ‡"Business day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays: New Year's Eve*, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day*, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day.

    Once we ship your item(s), the UPS tracking number(s) will be available on the "shipping confirmation" e-mail you receive.

    Sorry but NO shipping address accepted to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, International, APO, FPO, or PO BOXES. We only accept orders shipping within the Continental United States (48 States).

  • Sales Tax in Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado and Oklahoma
    If an online retailer has a physical presence in a particular state, such as a store, business office, or warehouse, it must collect sales tax from customers in that state. We are required by law to charge sales tax to customers in Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado and Oklahoma.



  • Return Policy

  • We will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Most products are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty - although, we will do everything possible in our power to take care of any problems.

    Please call to get prior authorization before returning any items. Items being returned for full refund must be in new condition and in original packaging. Also, items must be sent back freight prepaid; no C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days.
